The Rt Rev Dr Nicholas Bundock, Bishop of the United Diocese of Glasgow and Galloway, is pleased to announce that following a period of discernment and a linking agreement between the vestries of St Oswald’s, King’s Park and St Aidan’s, Clarkston, the Rev Alison Kate Mathew will be instituted as Rector of the linked charges on 12 March 2026 at 7pm in St Aidan’s Scottish Episcopal Church, Mearns Road, Clarkston, G76 7ER. All are welcome, lay readers and clergy are invited to robe (white stole).
Alison has served as Priest in Charge of St Oswald’s since 2023. She supported the work of the Diocesan Environmental Group and is a clergy representative of the Diocese on General Synod.
